Office Support Associate

M-F (9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM)

Job Summary :

The Office Support Associate will be responsible for providing daily copy, print, and office support services to ensure efficient operation of the copier fleet and print production area. This position includes maintaining supplies, performing light maintenance, and assisting with document finishing and assembly tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and restocking of copier and print equipment.
• Monitor and replenish paper, toner, and other supplies for all copier and print devices.
• Handle copy, print, and scan requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assemble, bind, and finish printed materials (e.g., booklets, reports, presentations).
• Ensure print jobs meet quality standards before delivery to clients or departments.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the copy / print area.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and coordinate service calls for equipment repairs as needed.
• Support mailroom, shipping / receiving, or other office operations when required.
• Track usage, maintain logs, and report equipment or supply issues to management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and staff, ensuring all service requests are met promptly.
• Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures.
