Title of Position : Sales Admin Coordinator

Job Responsibilities : The Sales Admin Coordinator plays an essential role in the business by providing critical support to clients, candidates, and the internal team.

They are motivated, passionate, self-starting, and results-oriented professionals who is dedicated to achieving excellent customer service and driving sales.

As the Sales Admin Coordinator, they work directly with clients, managing calendars, tackling strategic projects, and helping the team work more efficiently throughout their day.

They work closely with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Admin Coordinator is responsible for client and candidate outreach.

Furthermore, the position may require attending networking events. Success in this role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with clients, and candidates.

A deep understanding of sales, recruiting, and best practices is essential, as well as the ability to manage schedules and prioritize competing demands.

Most importantly, the Sales Admin Coordinator is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Qualifications :

  • The Sales Admin Coordinatormust have 1+ years of industry hospitality / sales experience, and a bachelor’s preferably in hospitality.
  • The Sales Admin Coordinatormust be social media savvy and have advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs : Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required of the Sales Admin Coordinator
  • The Sales Admin Coordinatormust have relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail and must be self-driven and motivated to make the sell.
  • The Sales Admin Coordinatormust be a team player and handle multiple accounts at one time.
