POSITION SUMMARY

The Compression Molding “C” operator is responsible for the overall quality of the caps, ensuring smooth operation of the machines, adding compound to machines and keeping the area clean and organized.

T his position starts at $16 / hr. with advancement potential. Level B op. $16.50, Level A op. $17.50 and if interested set-up mechanic for dept. additional pay increase. Cross training and other opportunities will arise as well.
