Spy Ninjas HQ is a brand new family entertainment center. Spy Ninjas HQ is a brand new first of its kind family entertainment center in Las Vegas based on Spy Ninjas - the hit family-friendly YouTube series, which has over 44 million subscribers and 15 billion views across multiple branded channels.

The park will feature the best in virtual reality, multi-level escape rooms, climbing walls, a trampoline park including dodge ball, over 100 arcade games, ax throwing lanes, and much more! Spy Ninjas HQ is now hiring for multiple customer service positions :

What work looks like :

Our new facility is located at 7980 W Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas, NV. The Agents at Spy Ninjas : HQ are the center of the action of all of our features! As an Agent at Spy Ninjas : HQ, you will be knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Ninja’s (guests) interests and needs.

You will monitor event activities and safety protocols. You will also be dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

You will welcome and engage with all Ninjas while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas : HQ. You will provide answers to questions for all guests about anything Spy Ninjas HQ including general company information, pricing, and attraction information providing exceptional customer service You will help maintain a clean environment with some janitorial duties and attend regularly scheduled Team Member meetings and training sessions.

You must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

What is an attraction agent :

The Attraction Attendants at Spy Ninjas HQ are at the center of the action of our attractions. As an Attraction Agent, you are outgoing, safety-conscious, and know how to create FUN memories for our guests.

The attraction agent is knowledgeable about all games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on guests' interests and needs.

The agent will monitor event activities and safety protocols. The attraction agent is also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in customer service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas HQ.
• Be aware of assigned attractions and their surroundings at all times.
• Safety-certified on multiple attractions.
• Assist guests using attractions and conduct inspections.
• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Be able to respond to questions from guests about anything Spy Ninjas HQ-related : general company information, pricing, and attraction information.
• Assist in opening and closing park procedures.
• Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Attend regularly scheduled team member meetings and training sessions.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications for Success :

• 18 years of age or older
• Energetic personality, people-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to speak and lead in front of groups
• Proficient computer, keyboarding, and tablet skills
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills
• Have prior similar experience; amusement or hospitality experience a plus
• Availability to work days, nights, and / or weekends
• Complete and pass a background check
• Ability to multitask
• Must have excellent self-management and the ability to lead by example
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team structure, proficient in team building, and actively and energetically commit to be part of the solution
