You'll be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and inclusive atmosphere, helping our members achieve their fitness goals, and fostering a strong sense of community. Key Responsibilities :

• Class Preparation :

Set and maintain a consistent class schedule.

Make each class the highlight of our clients' day with personalized greetings.

Create a safe and inclusive environment for students of all levels of ability to participate.

Engage with clients to show appreciation.

Maintain a clean and organized space for all clients.

Be attentive to new clients and assist with questions.

Attend department and company meetings to stay aligned with team goals.

Keep spaces tidy, inviting, and ready for each client.
