A fast-growing, boutique full-service tax firm in the Hartford area is seeking a Tax Senior or experienced Reviewer to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. Your Role :

• Prepare and review a wide range of returns, including 1040s, 1041s, 1120, 1120S, 1065 , and estate filings .
• Work across industries : real estate, construction, family-owned businesses, and more.
• Mentor staff, review complex work, and support client strategy conversations.
• Contribute to a firm culture built on collaboration, quality, and work-life balance.

What You’ll Bring :

$70,000 - $95,000 , based on experience

Year-end bonus potential

Health, dental, vision insurance + retirement plan

CPA / EA exam support and paid fees

Work-life balance : 50 hours in season, 40 hours rest of year
