We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst professional to support enterprise data initiatives, including data modernization, analytics, integration, and governance. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze data requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, data mappings, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Support data migration, integration, and transformation projects across multiple systems.
• Define and manage data governance, lineage, and metadata documentation.
• Assist in developing data models, dashboards, and KPIs for business reporting and insights.
• Conduct impact analysis, UAT, and validation for data-driven applications.
• Partner with Product Owners and Architects to align data strategies with business objectives.
