Summary : The Superintendent oversees day-to-day field operations on a military housing construction site. The Superintendent is responsible for coordinating and supervising all onsite construction activities to ensure project success in terms of safety, schedule, quality, and budget. This position plays a key leadership role in managing subcontractors, self-perform crews, and ensuring smooth execution from groundbreaking through project closeout.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Field Leadership & Coordination

• Oversee and manage all field operations and on-site construction activities.
• Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews to maintain progress and productivity.
• Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, ensuring milestone and completion dates are met.

Subcontractor Oversight

Documentation & Reporting

Pay & Benefits :

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $90,000 to $120000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.

Work Conditions & Travel :

This is an on-site role at the project location. A highly collaborative environment that flourishes when individual and team contributions combine to achieve target goals and objectives. Multi-shift work may be required to accomplish work in active retail locations to meet aggressive schedules. Regularly required to sit; occasionally required to stand; walk; occasionally lift and / or move up to 15 pounds.
