We’re looking for an experienced Workday Time and Absence Configuration Specialist to join our team. You will be based hybrid in San Jose, California or Seattle, Washington (going into the office Tuesday-Thursday) or remote within the US. Reporting to the People Systems Director, you will be responsible for :

• Configuring and maintaining Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules to meet business needs and compliance requirements
• Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline time and absence tracking workflows
• Providing user support for stakeholder inquiries related to system functionalities
• Ensuring regulatory compliance in time tracking and absence policies while delivering insights through advanced reporting
• Conducting system testing and collaborating with teams to ensure proper transition for continuous enhancements and system releases

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$105,000 - $150,000 USD
