ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. This position is focused on precision assembly and organization—not warehouse or distribution work.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly of parts, components, or products according to technical drawings, instructions and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, structured, and well-organized workstation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Follow and document step-by-step assembly processes to meet production goals
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Keep tools, parts, and materials labeled and property stored to support smooth workflow
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and teammates to troubleshoot and solve assembly challenges
• Assist in updating process documentation and contributing to continuous improvement efforts
