Overview
Ecommerces Business Creator Operations Team is responsible for empowering and incubating both merchants and creators to grow within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. The primary focus of the role is to drive the success of specific merchants through creator affiliate engagement. You will design, execute and optimize large-scale creator incentive programs through data analytics, business forecasting and budget management. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager / department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement creator incentive and education programs to motivate creator TikTok Shop activity.
- Leverage communication channels to continuously refine mechanisms for increasing creator engagement and trust.
- Develop strategies and insights to incubate new creators for commerce activation through community-based initiatives.
- Analyze affiliate creator data to provide key insights to stakeholders regarding community creator engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with TikTok product and business teams to plan and launch in-person creator events.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or above.3+ years experience in creator or e-commerce partnership management and operations.Strong work experience building and implementing scaled creator / influencer / user / business partner growth programs to achieve revenue goals.Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects.Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment and is open to change.Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem-solving skills.Experience with Discord and or other community managing tools or software.Mixed experience in product / user growth and affiliate commerce space.Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce and livestreaming.TikTok
