    Position Summary – Roofing Advisor (Sales Professional)

    As a Roofing Advisor, you’ll combine your communication skills, drive to succeed, and customer-focused approach to help homeowners solve their roofing needs. We provide the leads, you provide the solutions.

    Responsibilities

  • Present roofing solutions to homeowners in a professional, consultative manner.
  • Serve customers by identifying needs and recommending the right products and services.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Close sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively represent the company.
  • Submit activity and results reports to management as required.
  • Help resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and offering solutions.
  • Contribute to team success by collaborating and sharing insights.

    • Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License (required).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication skills; ability to engage confidently with homeowners.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM use and reporting).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
