Shift : 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Pay Rate : $34.50 / hr

Summary :

The Accounting and Shared Services Manager is responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP / local GAAP standards. This role coordinates accounting operations, integrates them with business needs, and provides analytical insights to support decision-making. The manager will drive process improvements across systems such as NetSuite and Tipalti, lead accounting initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies.
• Oversee accounting processes related to fixed assets, leases, intercompany transactions, and restructuring activities.
• Lead projects to enhance accounting systems and reporting tools (NetSuite, Tipalti, SLAN, FIT / HFM).
• Provide financial insights into balance sheet and cash flow movements.
• Develop and mentor finance team members, promoting efficiency and professional growth.
