About the Role

The Payroll Lead will supervise payroll and will assist with general accounting duties.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all payroll cycles.
• Processing Payroll when Required
• Streamlining and Automation of Payroll – Identify process inefficiencies and support the implementation of automated payroll systems and tools to improve speed, accuracy, and compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll-related questions, resolving issues promptly and providing clear explanations on deductions, tax, and benefits.
• Perform Payroll reconciliations, and control checks to ensure payroll data integrity, compliance with statutory requirements, and alignment with financial records.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure integration of employee data (new hires, terminations, promotions, and leaves) into payroll processes.
• Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and deductions, while ensuring accurate reflection in payroll.
