Fluor is seeking a highly motivated Project Business Services (PBS) Senior Manager to support our National Security Director in both day-to-day financial operations and long-term strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving financial excellence across high-impact national security programs. You will lead a team of project business analysts, champion innovation and automation, and ensure compliance with multi-entity and multi-country accounting requirements. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence investment decisions, program performance, and strategic direction in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a large unit of PBS analysts or major task force projects.
• Drive innovation, process improvements, and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Advise on international project execution and accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with Fluor Corporate Tax Department on international project setup.
• Administer accounting procedures and tax plans in alignment with corporate financial management.
• Review and analyze project financial performance; support project management in financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Guide and train PBS team members; conduct performance appraisals.
• Analyze foreign exchange transactions and accounting matters across geographies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including National Security Executive Director of Finance, Operations Leadership (Defense & Intel), Legal, Project and Capture Managers, and Mission Support Teams (Project Controls, Supply Chain, Estimating, HR).
• Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis for complex government contracts.
• Analyze cost transition burdening and perform project-level financial reviews.
• Deliver timely and accurate ad hoc financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and performance against budget.

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
