About this Role
The Assistant General Counsel, Corporate & Compliance position at Social Finance is a pivotal role reporting directly to the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. This role involves overseeing compliance programs, corporate governance, and contract management while acting as a trusted advisor to internal teams and leadership. It demands a blend of attention to detail and creativity to navigate evolving legal landscapes. The successful candidate will manage nonprofit governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support contracts with government entities. They will also collaborate with the Legal team on investment fund operations and other organizational matters.
