Your Purpose

As the Senior Director of Retail Marketing , you will be responsible for leading our Brand, Content and Creative marketing teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns. You will lead our Marketing Operations team and work closely with our Growth and Product Marketing teams to ensure consistency across all of our Marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker, data-driven decision-maker, and execution-focused leader who can align cross-functional teams, optimize channel performance, and ensure product success in Mexico and across Latin America.

General Manager of Retail

Who You Are

• Mexico based.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, including at least 3-5 years in leadership positions.
• Proven expertise in brand strategy, content marketing, customer engagement, and CRM.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that reposition and scale brands.
• Direct or indirect experience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or cryptocurrency.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and growing diverse marketing teams.
• Good understanding of AI tools and how to implement them to increase output quality and velocity.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficient in Spanish.
• Good understanding of the Mexican market and our key segments.
