• Active RN license (Arkansas or compact state)\n
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Level II or Level III NICU\n
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility\n
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment\nNICU RN Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate neonatal care in the NICU\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans\n
