About The Position
Chief Anesthesiologist Opportunity in Oregon
Take the lead in a collaborative anesthesia practice where CRNAs work independently and physicians maintain clinical oversight without micromanagement. This leadership role combines strong compensation with 13 weeks off annually and the chance to shape protocols at a respected Level 3 trauma center. Practice Overview
- You'll lead a team of 11 providers, including autonomous CRNAs and fellow MDs
- Work at a Level 3 trauma center with cases across general surgery, ortho, OB, peds, and GI
- Oversee quality initiatives, education, and strategic planning
- Participate in hospital committees and champion modern anesthesia protocols
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM schedule with average 40-hour workweeksCall response required within 30 minutes from home (CRNA takes first call)Post-call days always off to ensure recovery time13 weeks of protected time off annuallyCompensation & Benefits
