• Leading software development projects.
• Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team
• Locating and suggesting solutions for critical challenges involving the software and hardware interface
• Developing good working relationships with other employees, such as Product Owner, Product Managers, Testers, Programmers, and Architects
• Designs, codes, and debugs new application software programs and / or makes enhancements to existing application software programs at all levels.
• Testing and debugging new and existing application software.
