American Liquidations specializes in selling pallets of liquidation merchandise from major retailers including overstock, shelf pulls, open box, and returned items. These pallets offer incredible value and are resold to the public for business or personal use. Position Overview : Retail Sales Associate

We are currently seeking Retail Sales Associates to join our in-store team in Milford, CT. This is a customer facing position ideal for individuals enthusiastic about retail, sales, and delivering great service. You will be the face of our brand, assisting customers in store, helping them navigate our product offerings, and ensuring a smooth, positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Process sales using a Point of Sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
• Answer questions and provide information about pallets, pricing, and inventory
• Perform live product demonstrations (when applicable) to support customer decision making
• Handle transactions including cash, credit, and checks with care and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and checkout area
• Assist with restocking shelves, organizing inventory, and managing product displays
• Operate pallet jacks and assist with moving and organizing merchandise
• Help drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
