We are currently seeking a RN Case Manager in the Fort Worth area who shares our passion for providing dignified, compassionate end-of-life care. This person will be covering the Fort Worth areas.

Shift Schedule : Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Anticipated pay range : $85,000 USD - $90,000 USD
