Property Manager - Non-profit
Are you a Property Manager, with a Background in Affordable Housing? Are you looking for a established Non-profit organization to support?
THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a leading Minnesota Non-profit to assist them with hiring Property Managers to support locations in the inner Twin Cities.
This role will be responsible for overseeing units at a small volume of geographic sites, within a specific Twin Cities Suburb / Neighborhood.
This includes Marketing / Leasing, Compliance Activities, Budget Management, Property Condition Inpections, and Operations Support.
Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of Property Management experience in a affordable housing setting. Prior experience with Yardi is a plus!

Minimum Requirements :
- Must have Highschool Diploma or GED Equivelant
- 6M - 1 year of experience in Residential Property Management Required
- Must have working knowledge of low-income housing funding processes; including subsidy programs.
- Must have a Current Driver's license, reliable vehicle w / insurance. (No more than 3 moving violations on record in 3 years)
- Must have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working with underserved community populations.

- Direct hire - Full Benefits Package Offered!

- Starts at $25 / hr
- Full-time; Monday - Friday - 8 / 8 : 30 - 5 P.M.
- Summer Half-day Fridays : Memorial Day - Labor Day - 8 A.M. - 12 P.M.
- Openings available for Properties in these geographic areas : Downtown Western Mpls, Northern Mpls (2); S. Mpls + West Suburbs (Hopkins / St. Louis Park)
