NURSE PRACTITIONER (FNP) :
Actively searching for a Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team! The Nurse Practitioner will work in a clinic setting managing pre and post operative care, managing wound care and work closely with the medical staff to delivery the highest quality patient care.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited certifying body.
- Wound Care experience required
- Experience with Adult / Geriatric population preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information to patients / family members in a clear manner
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to providing the highest quality of patient care, with a patient-centered approach.
