Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to provide customer service and manage loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting

Assemble and verify the complete loan package and required documentation

Communicate with various parties to obtain necessary information and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience

Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations

Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows

Strong math and analytical skills
