Are you a leader with a passion for veterinary emergency and critical care? We are looking for an Emergency & Critical Veterinary Technician Manager to join our CTVSEH leadership team. This full-time, salaried position reports directly to the Director of Nursing and involves supervising a dedicated team working various shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Collaborate with ECC Floor Leads, Clinical Operations Manager, and others to ensure the highest level of emergency care and effective communication within the team.Oversee the ECC schedule, balancing staff scheduling limitations with hospital needs.Assist in hiring new team members.Conduct regular meetings to maintain team productivity and a positive atmosphere.Hold the team accountable, encouraging productivity and discouraging detrimental behaviors.Train the team, exhibiting technical knowledge of products and ECC procedures.Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care.High School Diploma or equivalent.Management or supervisory experience, especially in a veterinary setting, preferred.Schedule :
