Own the Night : Keep Automation Running at Peak Performance

When the production floor lights glow and the lines start up, you’re the pro who makes sure every system stays sharp and safe. As our Industrial Automation Maintenance Specialist, you’ll sustain equipment to basic conditions, tackle progressive maintenance, and lead continuous improvement while sharpening your craft and accelerating your career.

What your night looks like

  • Oversee autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and keep dedicated equipment stable through breakdown and planned maintenance.
  • Apply Phase 2 tools : AM Step 4, working principles, general inspection, the 12 steps of focused improvement, and Quality Management Steps 3–6.
  • Guide standard work using the Plan–Do–Check–Adjust (PDCA) cycle to lock in reliability and quality.
  • Troubleshoot and service a fully automated production facility, including high-speed packaging machinery.
  • Champion safety with rigorous lockout / tagout (LOTO) practices and preventive / predictive maintenance routines.

    • What you bring

  • At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience with the ability to diagnose and maintain fully automated systems.
  • Background with high-speed packaging equipment (preferred).
  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methods.
  • Strict adherence to safety standards and LOTO.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally to solve problems as a team.
  • Hands-on skill with hand and power tools.
  • Electro-Mechanical or Industrial Electronics & Maintenance technical degree (preferred).

    • Schedule & flexibility

  • Night Shift : 5 : 45 pm – 6 : 00 am.
  • Weekend work or overtime may be required based on business needs.
