We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will lead our sales efforts, develop strategies for profitable growth, and drive market share expansion in targeted regions.

A day in the life :

  • Develop and implement clear and quantifiable business development strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Leverage the diverse skills and perspectives of the sales team to gain market share and elevate effectiveness.
  • Enhance our competitive edge through product innovation and development in the marketplace.
  • Cultivate and maintain key customer relationships to ensure continued business growth.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications you will bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, or sales support management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management.
  • Strong sales and product strategy development skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with internal teams and customers.
  • Product management and digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for this position.
