We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Facing Team Leader (CFT Lead) to join our on-site leadership team, working closely with the owners and reporting to the Senior VP of Manufacturing. This new, customer-facing role is responsible for coordinating all internal resources to deliver high client satisfaction as well as business expansion with our largest and most important clients. Success requires a true leader and excellent communicator who is highly organized, technically strong, and proficient with setting and managing customer expectations. This highly visible role requires a blend of technical knowledge, relationship building, and a passion for delivering results.

CFT at Elevate Solutions Group
The CFT (Customer Facing Team) focuses on enhancing customer interactions and satisfaction, as measured by retention and new revenue growth. This team will include representatives from various departments such as engineering, manufacturing, plant operations, and finance, aiming to ensure that customer needs are understood, prioritized and effectively addressed.
CFT Priorities include :
Customer Engagement : provide timely support and solutions to customers, ensuring they feel valued and heard.Customer Focus : understand stated and unstated customer needs and ensure all internal actions are aligned with what customers want and need.Internal Alignment : ensure internal team members understand their roles and how they contribute to the overall customer experience. Streamline communication with customers.Key Responsibilities
Trusted Advisor : Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision makers at our customers based on understanding of their business requirements and goals.Project Planning and Execution : Plan and execute customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery, continuous improvement, and adherence to quality standards.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making : Addressing complex customer issues, resolving conflicts, and making informed decisions to enhance product and service delivery.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with other team members to align all actions with customer requirements and internal business objectives.Leadership and Mentorship : Influence internal decision making by explaining customer requirements, identifying opportunities, and position our company as a strategic partner.Metrics and Outcomes
Establish data-driven dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting / planning tools to manage performance and risk.Drive revenue expansion by delivering on customer requirements and cross-sell / upsell in partnership with Sales.Requirements
Qualifications :
7+ years' experience leading customer growth and satisfaction in a high-growth plastic injection molding environment.Note : this role is closer to account management or sales than customer service.
Proven track record of building relationships with and influencing senior executives , procurement, and technical leaders (engineering, R&D, tooling).Strong technical understanding of plastic injection molding principles, especially medical molding .Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.Cross-functional leadershipExcellent project management and computer skills, including proven expertise with MS Office, MS Excel and PPT in particularERP / MRP knowledge. IQMS / DELMIA experience highly preferred.Key Benefits
