Responsibilities :

• Follow recipes, portion controls, pars, and presentation specifics
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-stocked workstation, kitchen area, dining room,  storage area and walk-in
• Use and maintain all equipment in the station properly
• Assist with ordering and inventory
• Keep guest-facing area clean, including guest clean up area
• Be willing to work after-hour evening prep shifts (3 shifts)
