We are looking for a candidate with Professional Billing experience. Must be Epic Professional Billing certified. Overview BJC HealthCare is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States, delivering services to residents primarily in the greater St.

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Under little direction, the EHR Application Analyst III is responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, debugging, and maintaining Epic & other Clinical applications.

Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, technology and other corporate departments to facilitate usage and acceptance of the system.

This individual will be assigned to more complex build and configuration tasks and resolve advanced issues which could include unknown or undefined requirements and business objectives.

May be responsible for system integrity. Epic or applicable certifications will be required within 6 months of hire. Responsibilities Takes technical responsibility across all stages and iterations of configuration development and deployment.

Plans and drives software configuration activities. Adopts and adapts appropriate software configuration methods, tools and techniques.

Measures and monitors the application of standards for configuration design and deployment. Drives investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications.

Maintains application support processes, and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.

Uses application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics and create reports.

Provides authoritative advice and guidance on test planning and execution. Adopts and adapts appropriate testing methods, automated tools and techniques to solve problems in tools and testing approaches.

Manages user experience evaluation of systems, products, services or devices.Assures that the security, usability and accessibility requirements have been met and that required practices have been followed.

Develops, maintains and tests incident management procedures in agreement with service owners.Investigates escalated, non-routine and high-impact incidents to responsible service owners and seeks resolution.

Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents. Ensures that resolved incidents are properly documented and closed.

May be part of an after-hours on-call rotation.
