As a Property Manager, you will be an integral part of the Property Management department, supporting the daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of service and maintenance. Location : Greenville, SC

Pay Range : $22 / hour

Shift : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all activities.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair services to uphold property standards and tenant satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage lease agreements, rent collections, and financial documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
