Position Overview
Completes documentation and ensures accuracy for USPS trips. Coordinates all trailer moves with switch driver between the docks and yard.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Receives, prepares, and inspects for accuracy required paperwork for all USPS trips.
Records all moves called out from dock employees and switcher driver.
Dispatches all moves that need to be made to switch driver.
Monitors emails from USPS.
Organizes and files all paperwork.
Put all BOL's in the trailer.
Monitor loaders and unloaders.
Print all reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Special Skills, Experience or Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Ability to organize and complete all necessary paperwork.
Strong computer skills.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Able to pass Postal background security clearance.
