Zoom is hiring a Head of North America CX Solutions Engineering to lead and scale its Contact Center Solutions Engineering team. This role involves managing a team of Consulting Solutions Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and driving sales performance. You'll join a global CX Solutions Engineering team focused on modernizing contact centers and enhancing customer experiences. The role requires expertise in Zoom's Customer Experience portfolio, collaboration with sales teams, and leadership in technical aspects of CX sales cycles. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, Contact Center industry experience, and a passion for innovation.

Role Summary

As Head of North America CX Solutions Engineering, you will build and scale a high-performing team of Consulting Solutions Engineers. You'll foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while driving exceptional sales performance. In partnership with the North America CX Sales Leader, you'll shape strategic planning, coverage models, and business strategy. You'll also collaborate with Core SE and Regional SE leaders to execute a successful specialist SE strategy across the region.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and manage the North America Contact Center Solutions Engineering team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence in sales execution.
• Develop and implement a strategic vision for Zoom Contact Center's growth and market positioning in North America.
• Build strong relationships with sales, product, and engineering leaders to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Influence Zoom's CX portfolio evolution using industry insights and customer feedback.
• Serve as the regional escalation point for complex technical and customer issues.
• Maintain a deep understanding of CX market dynamics and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For

Salary Range or On Target Earnings : Minimum : $167,300.00 Maximum : $366,100.00 In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
