About the Role

Child care and early learning takes patience, energy, joy in the small things, and the ability to pivot as children guide their own learning journeys. At CDCC, we’re looking for someone who embraces this with open arms. We currently have one open position available. Most of our team has been with CDCC for many years, creating a stable, welcoming environment for students, families, and colleagues.

Who We're Looking For

A warm, dependable, and motivated team player to support children ages 12 to approximately 60 months. The ideal candidate :

Education Professional Development

CDCC is a participant in Washington’s Early Achievers Program. We actively support professional growth—whether that means returning to college through scholarships or pursuing an alternate pathway to meet DCYF education requirements. In fact, we advocated alongside other early educators to pass SHB 1648, giving our workforce more time and flexibility to meet credentialing standards.
