Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic HR advisor and support organizational transformation and employee engagement
Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
Oversee the integration of newly acquired practices and ensure alignment with organizational culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of HRBP experience in a high-growth environment
Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
Deep understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements
Experience in healthcare or dermatology practice is preferred
