Job Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (individual contributor) to help the company during a period of significant growth and upside. The Regional Sales Manager will engage, present and close business with automotive dealership management.
Major Responsibilities
- Engage, present and close new business sales via phone and on-site meetings. This is a field sales-oriented position, with travel reimbursement.
- Manage and maintain the velocity of all deals through the pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed targets.
- Work closely with team members in a “Sales Pod” structure.
- Timely communication of customer questions and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate and support team members in an open and encouraging environment.
- Document all activities and forecast business within Salesforce.
- Maintain close contact with clients to ensure minimal churn.
Requirements
5+ years demonstrated selling skills and a consistent track record of exceeding net new business goals.A natural ability to generate positive relationships with customers and prospects.Ability to resolve issues and get things done, internally and externally.Ability to successfully cold‑call into accounts and generate a large amount of activity to fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities.Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and prospects.
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in priority, as our client’s business continues to evolve.Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools.Experience using social networking tools.Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management at Automotive Dealerships and internally.Automotive industry and successful outside selling experience in a B2B environment is a strong plus.Seniority Level
