Position Summary
Responsible for selection, training, development, and oversight of independent sales representatives in the custom HVAC / refrigeration and mechanical system markets. Ensure that the company obtains sales opportunities that fit its overall niche in the marketplace. Responsible for obtaining accurate and complete information about sales opportunities to allow internal departments to meet the customer's needs.

Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a DEC in Building Systems Engineering Technology
Experience : Five (5) plus years of experience in custom engineered HVAC & Refrigeration sales as well as selling through independent rep network.
Computer Skills : Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and ERP system
Certificates & Licenses : None required
