As a Lube Technician, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda in North Richland Hills. You’re responsible for showing our guests a super experience and getting them on the road quickly. You’ll provide light vehicle maintenance, keep a safe, neat workspace, and handle your responsibilities with honesty and integrity.

Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Honda experience. This role is a great entry point into your career with us!

What You’ll Do :

• Deliver your guests’ cars every time, on time, as promised
• Perform oil changes, check batteries, and top off fluids
• Inspect brake linings and adjust if necessary
• Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires according to vehicle standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) and alignment checks
• Perform minor services including software updates, key programming, and windshield wiper and filter replacements
• Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
• Keep work station clean at all times
• Work with your team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently
