Patient Engagement Associate

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic outreach to families to facilitate app downloads and enrollment visits

Communicate services effectively and address objections from parents and families

Collaborate with the Local Outreach Team to engage both non-engaged and engaged patients

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

Reliable internet access required

Minimum of one year of experience in an outreach, customer service, or call center role

Bilingual in Spanish required
