Our client in Pawtucket, RI is seeking a Direct Hire Bookkeeper / Office Administrator. The Bookkeeper / Office Administrator will be responsible for, and not limited to : Bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online) to include AP, AR, P&L, tax compliance, state / federal tax, etc; and general Office Administration duties to include filing, data entry, proofreading, coordinating appointments and meetings, managing schedules, handling phone inquiries & making outbound calls, and collaborating with management, team members, vendors, and customers.
