Laboratory Assistant

Description Performs some or all of the following duties in one or more laboratory sections : Coordinates and participates in specimen collections, prepares specimens for testing, dispatches specimens to section or referral laboratories, and receives, processes, and disseminates requests, specimens, reports, and test results as indicated. Required Qualifications : Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Preferred Qualifications : 6 months Phlebotomy experience. 1 year Office work experience. 1 year Laboratory experience. 6 months Acute care hospital experience. Why Join Providence?
