Odos (odos.xyz) is a smart order routing (SOR) solution that allows users to trade digital assets across decentralized exchanges. Launched in May 2022, Odos is available on 15 EVM chains and uses a patented algorithm to deliver the best swap rates to retail and institutional traders. Our multi-token swap feature allows users to trade many tokens in a single atomic transaction, and our newly launched intent based order types are leading the way in advancing the Web3 user experience. Odos is seeking a visionary Senior UI / UX Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of trading, DeFi, and cutting-edge user experience. We're looking for a creative problem-solver who can push boundaries, blending functionality and beauty to craft seamless, data-driven user experiences for DeFi traders, investors, and institutions. Your expertise will help streamline complex trading flows, ensuring that Odos remains the most intuitive and powerful decentralized trading platform in the market.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll have the freedom to innovate, experiment, and drive Odos' user experience to the next level.

• 7+ years of experience in UI / UX design, ideally with DeFi, trading, or fintech applications.
• Strong user research & data-driven design approach - wireframing, A / B testing, and iterating based on analytics.
• Expert at managing all things Figma - UI Kits, prototyping, developer handoff, component libraries.
• Experience in brand identity & aesthetics - creating visually compelling and intuitive UI / UX that aligns with Odos' cutting-edge reputation.
• Collaboration with developers & product teams - working efficiently with Dev Mode, front-end engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to build and scale design systems across multiple products and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to confidently and clearly articulate thoughts
• Self-starter who proactively looks for opportunities to contribute to the team, and can work independently on deliverables
