- Director of Emergency Services Location : Kingwood, TX Schedule : Full-Time Day Shift Compensation : Salary Range : $127,649 – $191,464 (based on experience) Relocation Assistance : Available on a case-by-case basis Overview : A respected medical center in the Kingwood region is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Emergency Services to lead a busy 29-bed adult emergency department.
- With an average daily volume of 150 patients, this high-acuity ER requires a leader who excels in operations, clinical outcomes, and team development.
- This position reports directly to the Vice President of Emergency Services and plays a key role in shaping departmental strategy and performance.
