Zoom is looking for Commercial Vast (Value Added Sales Team) Account Executives to sell our Workplace Platform. The Commercial sales team focuses on working with growing organizations, 1,000+ employees, within a defined geographic territory (specifically located within the West). The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities :

• Hunting new business and managing existing accounts.
• Upselling and leveraging business from established customer relationships.
• Managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns.
• Creating, delivering, and managing client demos / presentations, quotes / proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Engaging with C-Level and VP-Level Executives.
• Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities / challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
• Keeping informed of product line, competition, and industry trends that may impact client business activities.
• Cross-functional teaming and selling to drive sales with Sales engineers, solutions specialists (internal), and channel management.
• On-site client meetings.

What we're looking for :

Salary Range or On Target Earnings : Minimum : $119,600.00, Maximum : $261,500.00. In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and will be commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
