As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving requests from our client and vendors, and providing the technical support and customer service needed to solve requests.
Job Description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to play a critical role within our client's IT department, and is responsible for providing top-tier desktop support. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Autopilot, and involves both technical troubleshooting and strategic planning to ensure optimal desktop performance across our client's organization. This position is full time and onsite in Allentown, PA .

The pay range for this position is $58,000 - $60,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
