We are seeking a passionate Architectural Solutions Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary :

This role is pivotal in driving demand for our Building Envelope Systems (BES) among the Architects, Engineers, and Consultants (AEC community). You will collaborate with the Technical Sales team throughout the sales process, starting in the design phase through to project completion. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in building science and construction, with a minimum of three years of relevant industry experience.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Rapidly expand institutional and commercial sales, achieving sustained year-over-year growth.
• Effectively communicate the value propositions of our Building Envelope Systems to the design and architectural communities.
• Manage the 'spec-to-ship' process, working closely with architects and consultants to maximize specified sales in both new constructions and restoration projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the construction process (Architect, Engineer, Consultant, and Owner) to ensure our value proposition is well understood.
• Demonstrate a disciplined approach to market segmentation and effective time management.
• Engage with key customers to deepen existing relationships while actively prospecting for new opportunities.
• Utilize our CRM to record and track potential opportunities, sharing insights regularly with the Technical Sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
