Senior Manufacturing Supervisor - 1st Shift

This position works out of our Minnetonka MN location in the Electrophysiology medical device division. In Abbott's Electrophysiology (EP) business, we're advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.
What You'll Work On
Front line Supervisor supporting the Operations team; on 1st shift
Required Qualifications
High school degree required, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing operations leadership. Experience working in a broader enterprise / cross division business unit model. Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results. Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment. Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, life sciences, or a related field preferred. 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device or pharmaceutical preferred). Knowledge of : FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and GMP. Lean Manufacturing principles and tools. Cleanroom operations and contamination control.
