A company is looking for a Dispute Specialist - BankCard.
Key Responsibilities
Perform dispute-related functions for various card types, including retrieving documentation and closing / reissuing accounts
Review and confirm the validity of customer documents and manage high dollar dispute cases
Communicate dispute details with cardholders, merchants, and other relevant parties while managing incoming calls related to cases
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of related customer service experience
1+ year of banking and / or bankcard experience preferred
Intermediate knowledge of the banking industry and basic understanding of relevant regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
