Key functions :

• Personalized Service Delivery : Understanding each customer's preferences, needs, and desires through active listening and tailored questions.
• Effective Communication : Mastery of both verbal and non-verbal communication, ensuring clarity and warmth in interactions.
• Relationship Building : Ability to forge connections with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Emotional Intelligence : Managing one's emotions and empathizing with customers to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving : Thinking on one's feet and providing tailored solutions to enhance the customer experience.
• Attention to Detail : Noticing and attending to the finer points of products and customer needs, ensuring bespoke and thoughtful interactions.
• Consumer Service Skills : Exceptional service skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Proactive Sales Experience : Successful experience in conducting proactive sales of premium or luxury goods, preferably in audio / video categories.
• CRM and Pipeline Management : Experience working with CRM systems and knowledge of sales pipeline management.
• Language Proficiency : Fluent in Italian and English.
